Sychronize Swatches!

KONVO PARTY TIME!!

Come over to Slate Technologies this Friday, May 14th for the official launch party for Slate's newest app: Konvo.

The shin-dig is open to the public and will start in the early evening and go until the last bead of sweat has beaded, and the last tweet has tweeted!

Gil Paradise will be throwing down some blues flavor and yours truly will be manning the wheels with some new friends and new gear (DJs Alex and Fred -- and special guest, the Numark NS7).

Also, if I feel saucy enough -- I might even bust out some video DJ madness on an 8x8 foot screen. There is no telling where the insanity may stop!!

That's right.. 3 DJs, over 9000 songs -- and a blues guitarist. All mixed together like your mom's favorite cobbler (but don't eat the rhubarb leaves -- they's poison).

Join KonvoUS on Twitter and spread the word!

I Am Not My Day Job...

Well... It look like DJ Lint Rolla might live to see another day!

Thanks to a few friends at Slate Technologies and some very lucky timing, I was able to DJ a great party which showcased artwork, geekdome and also awesome music and even more awesome friends!!

DJ Fred and I SMOKED the place. It wasn't a "dance party.." but people wanted the musics, so we provided.

Yours truly manned the wheels of stee--um PLASTIC (and tape) .. and Fred the ones and zeros on his trusty MacBook and Ableton Live.

Thank you all who attended -- and even more thanks to those who gave praise ^__^

The party was a huge success! Fred and I will play more together (we really work well as a team)... And .. guess who showed up? MAYOR SAM ADAMS!! WOOO!

I'm super tired .. I'll post pics and videos soon.

STAY TUNED, FOLKS!

FIRST POST!!!1

Hello! This is the BRAND SPANKIN' NEW website / blog for your favorite DJ and Best Friend: DJ LintRolla (formally DJ DlimitR).

I'm going to post random stuff .. so warning: Miscellany Ahead! The main focus, however, is going to be electronic music, mixsets, new and vintage electronic gear, and random drivel.

Also, I am in the process of making a handful of virtual (and free downloadable) synthesizers and effects patches for Reason 4.0, Ableton Live and Native-Intruments' Massive (amongst others). Also, if I find the time, I will be posting tutorial videos on how to use said patches

I'm a budding hobbyist DJ, so all advice, consultation, criticism, and of course networking is much appreciated. ^__^
